Euroregion "Dniester" is a body of cross-border cooperation and association of local government administrative-territorial units of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. It consists of Vinnytsia region represented by Vinnytsia Regional Council and Vinnytsia Regional State Administration and 7 districts of the Republic of Moldova represented by district councils of Soroca, Ocnita, Donduseni, Floresti, Soldanesti, Rezina and Dubasari.

The main purpose of the creation and activity of the Euroregion "Dniester" is the implementation of programs for harmonized and complex development, of territories adjacent to the river Dniester..

To achieve the goal Euroregion "Dniester" works within its competence on the implementation of these tasks:

  • organization, coordination and contacts development in the sphere of economy, science, education, culture, tourism, sport;
  • implementation of joint projects concerning environmental protection, ecological improvement of Dniester river basin;
  • implementation of joint cross-border projects;
  • implementation of regional projects;
  • establishing contacts with relevant international organizations, foundations, institutions, agencies and other organizations in order to attract funds of EU and other financial institutions.

Euroregion "Dniester" is actively working in the field of inter-regional and cross-border cooperation. In particular, due to the activities of the Euroregion more than 40 agreements were signed and implemented between the territorial units of Vinnytsia region and districts of the Republic of Moldova and Romania. Within the framework of the agreements mutual visits of official delegations are held, issues of strengthening inter-regional, international and cross-border cooperation are solved, expansion of markets for enterprises of neighboring countries, the exchange of artistic delegation, health improvement of children  etc.. In addition, joint project proposals for grant funds are developing.

During 2015 Euroregion "Dniester" paid much attention to the coordination and deepening of relations in the sphere of economy, cross-border and trans-regional cooperation..

On January 30, 2015 the delegation of Vinnytsia region visited Soroca District (Republic of Moldova) on an official visit.

The delegation was headed by the member of the Euroregion "Dniester" Council, First Deputy Chairman of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Andrii Gyzhko. During the visit the delegation members took part in a roundtable discussion on the topic: "Strengthening of cross-border cooperation and ways of solving common problems."

The round table participants discussed the bridge construction between Yampil city (Vinnytsia region, Ukraine) and Cosăuţi village (Soroca District, Republic of Moldova); ways of regulation the situation with the Dniester River pollution from sewage treatment plants in Soroca city (Republic of Moldova); possible extension of cross-border cooperation through the districts participation in the overall project activities, and the perspective directions of cooperation between Vinnytsia region and Soroca District.

On February 24-25, 2015 the representatives of the Coordination Center headed by the Chairman of the Euroregion "Dniester" visited a number of fund and government agencies of the Republic of Moldova with the aim of cooperation establishment and support in the development of grantmaking activity of the Euroregion on the territory of Moldova.

The delegation met with the representatives of the Czech Republic Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, Bureau of Reintegration of the Republic of Moldova, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova, the Agency for International Cooperation of GIZ, the Information Center for local authorities of the Republic of Moldova, Solidarity Fund with the aim of   closer cooperation and joint projects implementation. As a result of the meetings, several projects were developed.

On March 10, 2015  Soroca District Council hosted a meeting between the administrative authority of Yampil and Soroca districts on the topic "Building a bridge across the river Dniester in the context of regional development of the Republic of Moldova". The event was organized by the Commission of the regional state administration of ecological development and climate changes of the Republic of Moldova.

On March 8-11, with the assistance of the Euroregion "Dniester", a three-day seminar of the EU project "Harmonization of the Public Procurement System in Ukraine with the EU standards" was held in Vinnytsia.

The main objective of the training program -is to increase understanding and awareness of the local regulatory authorities representatives, procurement specialists and public activists on public procurement modern aspects and EU standards implementation, which will contribute to more effective action in the field of public procurement at regional and local levels.

On  Aplril 6-9 2015, as a part of the cooperation agreement between Vinnytsia region and Iasi county of Romania, and at the invitation of the President of the Iasi County Council, Chairman of the Euroregion "Siret-Prut-Nistru" Cristian Adomnitei, the delegation of Vinnytsia region and Euroregion "Dniester" visited Iasi county, Romania.

During the visit, the parties reached an agreement on cooperation between social sphere institutions of Vinnytsia region and Iasi county, as well as planned a number of joint activities, including the cooperation agreement signing between Stryzhavka and Mirosloveshty Comune.

On May 4-5, 2015 the Chairman of the Euroregion "Dniester" Sergii Tatusiak took part in the discussion "Challenges for cooperation on the eastern border of the European Union: opportunities, strong partnership and common threats". The event was organized by Iasi County Council, in the framework of the European Congress of Local Government, Krakow, Poland.

Sergii Tatusiak also presented the Euroregion’s experience in the matter of cooperation with NGOs and the regions of the Eastern Partnership countries.

On May 13, the delegation of the Euroregion "Dniester", took part in the hearings of Verkhovna Rada Committee on European Integration "Strengthening of the Euroregions’ role in the implementation of cross-border cooperation." Euroregion "Dniester" submitted their proposals to the Committee, and about ten of them were included to the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On May 15, in Vinnytsia National Technical University, Euroregion "Dniester" organized the international round-table discussion "Decentralization in Ukraine: authority and community partnership". A meeting, that was dedicated to the Europe Day in Ukraine, was visited by the government officials from Ukraine and Vinnytsia region, experts and heads of local government institutions from Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and Moldova.

During the meeting, the participants discussed such topics as decentralization of power in Ukraine, particularly in region, local communities associations, the introduction of positive foreign experience on local government reformation, civil society active involvement to this process, the importance of views of local communities’ residents in the process of reforms, the priorities of authorities and local self-government.

On June 16-17, 2015 in Kielce, Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, Republic of Poland, the International Conference "25 years of local government in Poland" was held in the framework of the project "The process of territorial local government creating - the importance of changes for Poland", which was implemented by the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy and Euroregion "Dniester". The delegation of the Euroregion "Dniester" included the representatives of Vinnytsia region local authorities, as well as Ocnita and Soroca Districts of the Republic of Moldova. During the conference the leading experts in the field of local self-government of Poland, USA, Serbia and Sweden made their speech.

On July 9, 2015 with the active assistance of the Coordination Centre of the Euroregion "Dniester" the international seminar "New aspects of the local councils secretaries in the context of the European model of local self-government implementation" was held in Vinnytsia, where the local councils secretaries of Vinnytsia region, Romania and Moldova took part.

It is worth mentioning that this is the first seminar of such kind in Ukraine, that brought together the secretaries of three countries and allowed them to exchange the experience and find common problems, as well as their solutions. The seminar included presentations and open discussions of local government representatives from Vinnytsia region, Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

On August 25, the delegation of the Euroregion "Dniester" in cooperation with colleagues from the Wielkopolska Centre of education and self-management courses (WOKISS), namely Maciej Kozik - executive director, Agnieszka Mendelevska - director of the European cooperation Center, as well as the Head of Mendzihodzky county Julian Mazurek, took part in the international round-table discussion, which was dedicated to the tripartite cooperation between Ukraine, Poland and Moldova, networking and experience exchange.

The round-table discussion was held in the building of Soroca regional Council (Republic of Moldova). On August, 26 a similar international meeting was held in Dubasari. Participants discussed the cooperation agreement and the inter-regional relations development between  Dubasari district and Mendzihodzky county.

On September, 8-10 in Krynica-Zdroj (Republic of Poland) the 25th International Economic Forum was held. The event aimed at the traditional discussion of the political and economic development issues by governmental and economic representatives of Central and Eastern Europe countries. During the forum, the Chairman of the Euroregion "Dniester" Sergii Tatusiak presented the potential of Vinnytsia region and capabilities of the Euroregion "Dniester" to the European participants.

On September 15, in Ocnita (Republic of Moldova), the ninth meeting of the Euroregion "Dniester" Council was held. The meeting included discussion of issues of international and cross-border cooperation deepening between Ukraine, Moldova and the EU countries, the implementation of new investment projects, mutual cultural enrichment of people, the contacts revival between territorial communities.

On October 12-15, the European Open Days Week was held in Brussels. During the event S.Tatusiak presented Euroregion "Dniester" and took part in the discussion panel " Eastern Partnership Territorial and Parliamentary Cooperation: Revising Relations, Implementing the Association Agreements". The main issue of the pannel was the decentralization of power in Ukraine.

The delegation of the Euroregion "Dniester" held the working meetings with the Heads of the European institutions, namely the President of Regions Committee Markku Markkula, Head of Division Eastern Partnership bilateral European External Action Service Dirk Schuebel, and Head of Division European Neighbourhood Policy European External Action Service Gianluca Grippa. He also met with the Marshal of Mazowieckie voivodship Adam Struzik and the Marshal of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Adam Jarubas. An agreement on mutual cooperation during the 2016 was the result of the meeting.

On November 25, 2015 in Uzhgorod, the 6th Annual Forum on Cross-Border Cooperation "Border Dialogues 2015", was organized by the Government of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with the Norwegian Barents Secretariat, the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Uzhorod. and the branch of the National Institute of Strategic Studies in Uzhorod.

Within the framework of the Forum, Sergiy Tatusiak presented Euroregion "Dniester" and participated in the discussion panel "V4 Countries and Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation: Past, Present and Future", where they discussed the possibility of supporting Ukraine through the International Visegrad Fund in the framework of the Eastern Partnership; the development of various forms of transition assistance; participation of the Euroregion "Dniester" in the programs of the International Visegrad Fund.

As a result, the project "Community capabilities development - the experience of V4", where the Euroregion "Dniester" acted as a partner, will be implemented. The project aims at the Academy community capabilities creation, which will conduct training, seminars and workshops aimed at the communities capacity development in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova on a regular basis.

During 2015 Euroregion "Dniester" actively supported the development of the cultural potential, while popularizing Ukrainian traditions and art in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, and vice versa. The evidence of productive cooperation between the territorial communities of Vinnytsia region and districts of the Republic of Moldova is the participation in various activities of cultural sphere.

On March 5-6, in the framework of the Euroregion "Dniester", the representatives of Kryzhopil district visited Dubasari District of Moldova in the context of the international festival "Mărţişor". Concert programs of Ukrainian teams were a great success and became a highlight of the festival program. During the meeting it was agreed to expand cooperation through the exchanges establishment with another region of Moldova - Riscani.

On May, 16 the Europe Day in Ukraine, which has already become traditional for our city, was officially opened in Vinnytsia, where high-ranking guests from European countries, the leadership of Ukraine, regional and city authorities took part. Euroregion "Dniester" took an active part in this event. Anyone could buy coins with the emblem of Vinnytsia region on the one side and the Euroregion "Dniester" on the other. The money was transferred to the needs of the ATO. In addition, children could take part in workshops on handicrafts, games and contests, as well as draw Europe in their own style. Also everyone could get souvenirs from Euroregion "Dniester" and information booklets.

On May 16-17, 2015,  a medieval festival "Fortress Days  - the revival of a legend" was held in Soroca, Republic of Moldova, which marked the opening of the Soroca fortress after its restoration for EU grant funds. The official opening ceremony was attended by senior authorities of the state, deputies, ministers, ambassadors, representatives of local authorities and residents of Soroca district.

The traditional ribbon was cut by the President Nicolae Timofti and the European Union Ambassador to Chisinau Pirkei Tapiola. In order to study the experience of the EU funds involvement, the event was also attended by the official delegations of the Euroregion "Dniester" and Vinnytsia Regional Council. During the visit, the delegation met with the authorities of Soroca district and discussed a number of issues of bilateral cooperation.

The festival program included a number of events - the parade of historical reconstruction clubs, archery demonstrations, jousts, medieval songs and dances, as well as banners, weapons, tools and icons exhibition, antiques exhibition, handicrafts fairs and concerts.

With the support of the Euroregion "Dniester" and to strengthen cultural relationships between the two neighboring nations, the delegation of the Republic of Moldova, headed by Deputy Head of Dubasari District Maria Zhimbey, visited Kryzhopil district. Foreign guests visited Gorodkivka village, where they took part in the opening ceremony of regional wind music festival "Surma Podillja". The delegation also visited the museum of Danylo Zabolotny, in Zabolotne village, and the church in Gorodkivka.

With the assistance of the Euroregion "Dniester", the communities of Gybalivka and Khomenky villages, Shargorod District signed the cooperation agreements with Fuzivki and Oleshkany village, Şoldăneşti district of the Republic of Moldova. The signing ceremony took place on September, 21 during the instrumental music festival "Muzichny Vodograi", which was organized in Khomenky village, Shargorod district.

On September 8-10, with the active support of the Euroregion "Dniester" Folk Dance Ensemble "Barvinok" visited Iasi County, Romania. The team including 40 artists took part in the international festival "Rose of Moldova", which annually brings together teams from all over Eastern Europe in Iasi. The performance of Vinnytsia artists caused great interest among the Romanian audience, who pointed out the skill level of dancers.

On September 26, the delegation of Vinnytsia region visited the traditional annual "Festival of Apple", which was held for the fifth time in Soroca, Moldova. This year the event was attended by diplomats from Romania, Poland, Kazakhstan, Hungary, USA and China.

The delegation of Vinnytsia region included: General Director of Ltd. "AGRANA Fruit Ukraine" Volodymyr Semenyuk, CEO of "Vinnytsiasadvinprom" Anatoliy Semeniuk, Director of Ltd. "Obriy" Andrii Bagrov, as well as the representatives of public organizations.

During the visit to the local enterprise S.A. "Alfa-Nistru", that is specialized in the cultivation, storage and marketing of apples, moldovan businessmen spoke about doing business in Moldova, about cultivation and storage methods, etc. Businessmen from Vinnytsia region and Soroca district discussed the main directions of cooperation.

On November 21, on the feast day of Michael the Archangel, a grand concert involving best bands and singers took place in Soldanesti, Moldova, that was also attended by artists from Shargorod district. Folk amateur ensemble from Khomenky village, Shargorod district, "Veseli muzyky" took part in the International Wind Music Festival "Let the wind bands sound without borders". It is worth mentioning that the Moldovan audience appreciated the performance of Ukrainian ensemble.

Euroregion “Dniester” also focuses at the development of sports and health promotion of children.

It has become a tradition that every year Euroregion "Dniester" holds international tournaments of sports competitions. On May 15-17, 2015 with the support of Vinnytsia Regional Council the international mini-football tournament among children born in 2003-2004 was held in Rezina, Republic of Moldova. The competition was attended by 2 teams from Vinnytsia region - regional sports school for children and young people of Blokhin and Belanov (coach Ivan Podzigun) and Tomashpil district sports school for children and young people (coach Anatoly Cholovsky), as well as representatives of the districts of the Republic of Moldova, Romania, and Transnistria - altogether 8 teams . According to the results of the tournament, the 1st place was taken by the team from Rezina District (Moldova), Vinnytsia team won the second prize, and the 3rd place took the team from Iasi (Romania).

On May 22, within the framework of the Euroregion "Dniester", the representatives of the Youth Student Parliament from Soroca (Moldova) visited Vinnytsia region, Ukraine. During the visit, the students met with the Chairman of the Euroregion "Dniester" Sergii Tatusiak, the members of the Vinnytsia region Student Parliament and the leadership of the Vinnytsia regional society of youth organizations. The students got acquainted with the history of Vinnytsia, visited the main places of interest and got a lot of positive emotions and memories.

On September 27, in city of Soroca, Moldova was held finals of international basketball tournament for boys born in 2003-2004. The competition was attended by 7 teams from districts of Moldova and the team of the Vinnytsia region. Following the results of the judging panel Vinnytsia players took 1st place, 2nd place took the tournament hosts - team from Soroca district, and on the 3rd place - team from Ocnita district (Republic of Moldova). Team prize winners were awarded with certificates and souvenirs of the Euroregion "Dniester", and the players with certificates and medals.

Conducting tournaments is being held to promote basketball and a healthy lifestyle among children.

On December 19-20, the volleyball team of Kryzhopil district with the assistance of Euroregion "Dniester" took part in the XII volleyball tournament for the Cup of Dubasari district Head. The tournament is held annually and aims at the development of physical culture and sports, health promotion and the establishment of friendly relations between Moldova, Transnistria and Ukraine. This year 16 teams took part in the tournament.

Euroregion "Dniester" is also very active at grantmaking activities with international foundations and non-governmental organizations.

On January 22, a round-table discussion "Development of recommendations for governments and international organizations to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses of the Euroregion" Dniester" was held in Vinnytsia. The event took place in the framework of the project "Development of the economic potential of the Euroregion "Dniester", which started last fall due to the European Union, namely the program "Support for confidence-building measures" and Development Programme of the United Nations.

The named round table participants in the project approached its final stage, namely the operating time of the recommendations of the authorities of Ukraine and Moldova on the issue of support and development of small and medium-sized businesses in the territory of the Euroregion "Dniester". Thus, the Ukrainian side has turned out a 20-point proposal to the Parliament and the Government, Moldavian - 15. For many items, these recommendations are consistent. For example, in terms of simplification of taxes, lowering lending rates, compliance with European standards for domestic, attention to the agricultural sector, energy-efficient technologies, etc.

On February 17, 2015 in Ocnita, Moldova, was held the final press conference within the project framework «Development of the economic potential of the Euroregion «Dniester». The press conference was attended by over 60 people: journalists of national, regional and local media: print media, electronic media, as well as radio and television journalists from Ukraine, Republic of Moldova and Transnistrian region. The event was attended by Chairmen of districts whithin the Euroregion.

As an extension of the project an international interactive business support and development platform of the Euroregion "Dniester" was created - namely, a network of support and business development centers: 3 centers in the Republic of Moldova (Soroca, Ocnita and Rybnitsa) and 3 centers in Vinnytsia region (Vinnytsia, Yampil, Mogiliv-Podilsky). Each center was equipped with the necessary appliances for video conferencing - namely, notebooks, projectors, screens, etc. On the basis of the platform international thematic video-conferences, meetings and consultations of representatives of business, government, public institutions, CCI, and public organizations are constantly held.

With the assistance of the Coordination center Euroregion "Dniester" 5 projects from the Republic of Moldova was prepared and submitted to the competition program "Kusanone". After the first qualifying round 3 projects went forward to the 2nd round.  All of them aim at improving the material and technical base of Ocnita, Soldanesti and Donduseni district hospitals. Throughout the year, the participants drew up the documents and in March 2015,the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine (Kiev) hosted the official signing ceremony of the grant contract. The average amount of each project was 85 thousand dollars.

At the moment, all the projects have passed the stage of suppliers tender selection of medical equipment and are in the process of equipment purchasing, medical personnel training and reports preparation.

Euroregion "Dniester" in partnership with Tomashpil District Council launched the project 'The capacity development of the cooperative to protect the legal and economic interests of private farms, as well as expanding the range of dairy products to meet the needs of the social sphere of Tomashpil district". The project is funded by the European Union in framework of the Programme "Support to regional development policy in Ukraine".

As a separate item, we should mention the first contest of mini-projects for territorial communities of Vinnytsia region.

International Non-Governmental Organization Regional Centre for cross-border cooperation Euroregion "Dnestr" from August to October 2015 held the first competition of  mini grants for local communities in Vinnytsia region.

52 applications were submitted by the representatives of representatives of civic initiative groups, non-profit organizations, schools, village, city and district councils of Vinnytsia region. In the frame of the competition 9 project proposals in housing and communal services, ecology, culture and education were supported.

By the voting results the contest winners are:

1. Association of protection and assistance to the disabled "Open Hearts" with the project "Construction of two training sanitary rooms at the Training Center for independent living of people with disabilities in society";

2. Berizko-Chechel'nyk village council with the project "Clean village";

3. Public organization "New community of Kommunarivka" with the project “The bus stop is the beginning of the village”;

4. The Action Team of Golendry village (with the support of the NGO "Joint ACTION") with the project "Children playground "Revival";

5. Comprehensive secondary school - gymnasium of Yampil district with the project "Festival "Children of Ukraine and Moldova for a peaceful European future";

6. Vinnytsia regional center of Ukrainian Environmental League with the project "Charge from the sun. The construction of an eco-bench";

7. Gnivan City Council with the project "The right for a happy childhood";

8. Vinnytsia city organization of social development and formation of individual for vulnerable groups of young people "Parostok" with the project "Take a step forward";

9. Comprehensive secondary school of Severinivka village Yampil district Vinnytsia region with the project "Sports without Borders."

1.The project "Construction of two training sanitary rooms at the Training Center for independent living of people with disabilities in society" was implemented by the Association of protection and assistance to the disabled "Open Hearts" in social partnership with the communal enterprise "Vinnytsia regional center of social - psychological rehabilitation of children and young people with functional limitations "Horyzont". The priority of the project is to help socially vulnerable groups of people. The goal of the project to create the conditions for people with disabilities in society, to ensure the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the local community, in order to prevent its isolation and racial segregation from the community. The Association, while doing the repair of premises and purchasing the equipment for Training centre in Dorozhne village, Vinnytsia region, has already prepared a living room, a dining room, workshops, a universal playground with a strip of street orientation and training complex. Grant money allowed to equip two training sanitary - hygienic rooms according to the State building codes for low-mobility groups of people for self-service skills training of persons with disabilities. Developing and maintaining course of skills for independent living have been developed, including those with skills training to ensure physiological needs for severe violations. This course was held in the training room during the work time of Training Center.

To inform the public about the project implementation and to create tolerant public attitude to the problems of people with disabilities who find themselves in difficult circumstances, on December 8th, 2015 a round-table conference dedicated to the International Day of People with Disabilities "Creating an inclusive society is the pledge of rights ensuring for people with disabilities" was held.

2. Berizko-Chechel'nyk village council with the project "Clean village".

As a result of the project, information and explanatory work among the population (agitation team speeches) was held, elimination of dumps, environmental quiz and environmental relay race for the young villagers. 30 litter baskets and 20 flowerbeds were set down, as well as general landscaping was carried out.

3. Public organization "New community of Kommunarivka" with the project “The bus stop is the beginning of the village”.

As a part of the contest 2 rural bus stops, which were built more than 50 years ago, was renovated, equipped and painted in folk style. It made possible to raise respect for the Ukrainian national culture among the rural population, improve the aesthetic appearance of the village, as well as to form a strong, active, responsible community in the implementation of project activities.

4. The Action Team of Golendry village (with the support of the NGO "Joint ACTION") with the project "Children playground "Revival".

On December 18th, the opening of children playground “The Revival” was held in Golendry, Kalynivka district, Vinnytsia region.

The project envisages the equipping of children playground "Revival" in the park "Golendry" in order to create a comfortable place for effective physical, cultural and creative leisure time of Golubivka territorial community.

Through the implementation of the project, the action group managed to provide the residents of all ages with the facilities for the physical development, to provide pupils of the comprehensive school of Golendry with the access to the sports material and technical base for physical training, to create comfortable environment for children and youth, as well as to increase the level of citizen participation in the implementation of local initiatives.

5. Comprehensive secondary school - gymnasium of Yampil district with the project "Festival "Children of Ukraine and Moldova for a peaceful European future".

On November 10, the first international children festival “Ukrainian and Moldavian Child for the peaceful European future” was held in Yampil, Vinnytsia region. The festival started with the peaceful youth demonstration for the European choice and the unity of two national flags – Ukrainian and Moldavian, which was attended by 6 schools of Yampil district, as well as the members of child groups from Soroca district of Moldova. The exhibition of child art works and holiday fair was held in the District Culture Centre. The proceeds will be allocated to the ride-tour for ATO participants’ children to Soroca, Republic of Moldova. All the visitors had the opportunity to take part in various master classes on making national souvenirs and painting ginger cookies in the form of the Ukrainian and Moldavian national symbols.

The participants could decorate their hands with patriotic glitter tattoo and take part in master classes on Ukrainian folk dance and folk songs, as well as take part in the study program “Easy English”.

All the participants were treated with fresh pastries. The festival ended with a festive concert involving child collectives of Yampil district and the Republic of Moldova.

6. Vinnytsia regional center of Ukrainian Environmental League with the project "Charge from the sun. The construction of an eco-bench".

The project involves the establishment of charging electronic gadgets device (phones, tablets, laptops), that runs on solar panels in the center of Vinnytsia. The project was designed to promote the usage of renewable energy sources among the residents and guests of Vinnytsia, as well as to increase the tourist attractiveness of the city. At the moment the project is under implementation.

7. Gnivan City Council with the project "The right for a happy childhood".

The project involves equipment purchasing for the children's playground. This equipment was installed on the ground, next to the Gnivan city library №3. On December 10th, the opening of children playground within the framework of the project "The right for a happy childhood" was held in Gnivan, Vinnytsia region. All the visitors had the opportunity to listen to the songs performed by the talented children, and later - to take part in the sports competition on the largest number of pull-ups on the new horizontal bars. The children were treated with delicious gifts from the organizers. Due to the playground construction, currently important problem of spending free time for children, their parents and young generation was solved.

8. Vinnytsia city organization of social development and formation of individual for vulnerable groups of young people "Parostok" with the project "Make a step forward".

On December 18th, public organizations representatives and volunteers summed up the results of the project "Make a step forward". The aim of the project was to improve the quality of volunteer services for people with intellectual disabilities and hearing impaired via outreach activities, as well as promotion of volunteerism among young people in four districts of Vinnytsia region, namely Kryzhopil, Yampil, Chechelnyk and Lypovets districts. To improve the effectiveness of volunteer groups the training "Special aspects of services delivery for people with intellectual disabilities and hearing impaired" was held, where users of the web-site on volunteer assistance could improve practical skills needed for volunteer work with the above mentioned categories of citizens. In order to prevent professional and emotional burnout the supervision for volunteers were carried out, where under professional supervision and support of the supervisor they examined difficult cases that occurred during the communication with people with impaired intellectual development and hearing problems. Within the framework of the project, the reference books that contributed to the informational and educational campaign among young people were published. Altogether, the event joined approximately 500 pupils, who expressed their willingness to work for charitable causes.

9. Comprehensive secondary school of Severinivka village Yampil district Vinnytsia region with the project "Sports without Borders".

As a result of the project the material and technical base of the school was improved, including purchasing of equipment for table tennis, volleyball and basketball. It made possible to create conditions for promoting health and physical development of pupils, providing healthy recreation for rural youth.
